This year’s event is being held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Admission is free, but parking is $5.  There should be plenty of vendors there to suit every taste.  Rumor has it that the day the vendor slots go on sale, the event sells out by noon! So, assume this is a must attend yard sale!

Years earlier, it was held in the Myrtle Beach Pavilion parking garage.  The last eight years, it’s been held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.  There are yard sale booths, as well as retail booths set up. Something for everybody.

And once it’s 2:00 and the vendors are packing up, you can pack your treasures away too. And then, you can take your pick of activities.  Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area has plenty to choose from!  Myrtle Beach is located along the sixty miles of beaches that make up the Grand Strand. So, if taking a dip in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean is your thing, you’re in the right place.  If you’d prefer more shopping, there are plenty of opportunities for that in the area.  There are theaters and award winning shows, if entertainment strikes your fancy.  If you’re looking for adventure, there are deep sea fishing charters, zip lining and ropes courses, bungee jumping, thrill rides, a giant Ferris wheel, water parks, a wake park, fishing piers, state parks, animal adventures where you can see alligators and there’s even a zoo close by.

If you’re hungry, you’re in the right place.  Myrtle Beach and it’s surrounding areas have some of the best dining around! Local seafood is a must while on the coast. And once you get your fill of seafood,  hamburger and pizza restaurants are everywhere, fine dining opportunities abound, and there are a variety of ethnic restaurants to suit every taste.  Myrtle Beach is an eclectic area that has something for everyone!
